Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Coriander (for garnishing)

Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs with the cream with an electrical mixer for 2 minutes. Add the salt. Heat the butter in a skillet on medium heat. Pour the eggs and cook, stirring slowly until the mixture is soft. Do not overcook the eggs. Add the pepper, some coriander for garnishing. Serve with your favorite breakfast side dish.
