Spanish Omelette

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 10 nos
  • Potato (small cubes) – 100 gms
  • Onion slices – 100 gms
  • Olive oil – 20 ml
  • Salt – to taste
  • Mayonnaise – 80 gms

Instructions

  1. Break all the eggs in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk the eggs.
  3. Fry the potatoes in oil till golden brown.
  4. Take a non stick pan and add olive oil.
  5. Saute the onions.
  6. Add potatoes in the pan and saute.
  7. Add whisked eggs in the mixture and stir.
  8. Cook the omelette from both the side till golden brown.
  9. Take out from pan.
  10. Serve hot or cold on platter with mayonnaise on side.
