Spanish Omelette
Ingredients
- Eggs – 10 nos
- Potato (small cubes) – 100 gms
- Onion slices – 100 gms
- Olive oil – 20 ml
- Salt – to taste
- Mayonnaise – 80 gms
Instructions
- Break all the eggs in a large bowl.
- Whisk the eggs.
- Fry the potatoes in oil till golden brown.
- Take a non stick pan and add olive oil.
- Saute the onions.
- Add potatoes in the pan and saute.
- Add whisked eggs in the mixture and stir.
- Cook the omelette from both the side till golden brown.
- Take out from pan.
- Serve hot or cold on platter with mayonnaise on side.
