Red Chillies – 60 gm
Cinnamon sticks – 15 gm
Cumin seeds – 10 gm
Ginger – 10 gm
Garlic – 30 gm
Sugar – 15 gm
Toddy vinegar – 100 ml
Oil – 100 ml
Onions (chopped) – 500 gm
Tomatoes (diced) – 300 gm
Goan prawn powder – 50 gm
Salt – to taste
